School Meals

Our school dinners are provided by a company called Dolce.  They prepare the choice of four meals each day on site in our kitchens.  Please refer to the menu below for the choices.

School dinners can be ordered in advance through the School Grid website here.  However, all children are given the opportunity on a daily basis to order their choice of dinner during registration time in school.

Schools dinners cost £1.65 for a Nursery child and £2.45 for children in Years 3-6*.  Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free universal school meal.  Please note that this is not the same as Free School Meals.

To apply for Free School Meals follow the link here or speak to a member of staff at the school office.

Please note that all payments for dinners are made directly to Dolce.  Please contact the school office if you wish to set up an account.

*Please note that as of April 2023 school meals will cost £2.66 for Years 3-6 and £1.79 for Nursery.

Packed Lunches

If you would prefer your child to bring a packed lunch to school, please ensure that it promotes healthy eating and is contained within a named packed lunch bag/box.  Please also ensure that it includes no fizzy drinks or glass bottles.

Due to some severe nut allergies in school, we ask that any food products brought to school are nut free.  This includes the use of Nutella and peanut butter in sandwiches.

Water Bottles

Children are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to school each day.  Please make sure that they are named and contain water only.  Children without water bottles, have access to drinking water fountains in school.

Snacks & Toast

Children are encouraged to bring a healthy snack with them to eat at morning break time.  This may be a nut-free cereal bar or a piece of fruit.  Children in Nursery, Reception and Years 1 and 2 will receive a piece of fruit for free each day  Alternatively, children can purchase a slice of toast for 10p from the hall at morning break.  Toast is offered at no cost to those in receipt of Free School Meals.
