Welcome to Brampton Primary School & Nursery

In September 2008, Brampton Primary School was born after an amalgamation of the town’s junior and infant schools.  Since then, the school has been through many changes; children have come and gone, as have staff members, but the commitment to serving our community remains.

Brampton Primary School is your school.  Whether you are a current pupil, a former pupil, a parent, a grandparent, a carer, a friend, a colleague or a visitor, I want you to feel welcome in our school.   As a pupil, I want you to feel not only welcome but happy, safe and included in our school.

Over the years, our school has built a reputation for being a warm, friendly place where people feel welcomed and included.  This is important to us.  We believe that positive relationships are key to our success in school and by treating each other with respect, kindness and good manners we work hard to maintain them. 

Believing in ourselves and each other is another key ingredient to achieving success at Brampton Primary.  Having belief allows us to demonstrate the resilience needed to persevere and achieve our goals no matter how big or small they may be. 

We celebrate success from sorts of different areas.  Whether it be a sporting success, a positive shift in attitude, a piece of incredible art work, an act of kindness or an academic achievement; we want to share it with our community and build the confidence of our pupils.  We hope that this confidence will inspire further great actions.

Through our engaging curriculum, we ensure that children can foster a passion for learning which is relevant to their needs, both now and in the future. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded curriculum; where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured to ensure that all children experience success and reach their full potential.   We also hope to have fun and create a bucket load of great memories along the way!
